Programs

The Women’s Fire Lodge provides safe, short-term transitional housing for Indigenous women who are leaving correctional facilities, experiencing homelessness, or facing barriers that place them at risk. The Lodge offers a supportive environment where women can focus on stability, healing, confidence, and connection while preparing for more permanent housing.

With 20 fully furnished suites, the Lodge provides wraparound supports that include wellness services, life skills programming, cultural connection, and housing navigation. These services are designed to help women strengthen their independence, rebuild stability, and connect with the supports and community they need.

The Women’s Fire Lodge is an important step toward long-term stability and healing. It is funded by Homeward Trust Edmonton.
