Job Entry – Pre Employment Program
The Pre-Employment Coach works one-on-one with Indigenous women to provide assessments and supports to help them successfully enter or re-enter the workforce. Individualized plans are developed that could include accessing training, programs and services relevant to their career goals, as well as attending inspirational events and expanding their cultural knowledge.

Job Retention Program
The Job Retention Navigator provides assistance to keep women positively employed. The program helps Indigenous women address the immediate needs that arise when starting a new job, or when working at an existing job. These women often face barriers to continuing employment which can include, transportation, childcare, work supplies, and other supports.

Indigenous Skills Employment Training (ISET) Program
The ISET program supports Indigenous women in improving their skills through training and education with a goal of obtaining meaningful employment. Supports and services include individual training purchases, self-employment benefits, group training, special projects, and on-the-job training. ISET is open to Indigenous women across Alberta for First Nation, Métis, Inuit, urban and non-affiliated women aged 15 or older.
