Esquao Youth Leadership Development

The Youth Leadership Development Program is designed to empower Indigenous youth aged 12-29 by developing personal skills, building confidence, and fostering leadership qualities. Through a range of engaging programs, workshops, and events, participants will deepen their connection to Indigenous culture and knowledge while developing the tools they need to become effective leaders.

 

Program Objectives:

  1. Inspire young Indigenous women to embrace leadership roles within their lives and communities.
  2. Cultivate a supportive network through mentorship, training, and cultural teachings.
  3. Connect youth with valuable resources and additional support within their communities.
