Held weekly for 10 weeks, these two-hour online sessions provide opportunities to increase awareness and education about violence prevention and support for Indigenous women.

In the Mother Bear’s Embrace program, an Esquao project coordinator and an Elder offer emotional, spiritual, and cultural teachings to support Indigenous women. These include Elder/knowledge keeper support and teachings, cultural crafts, and developing social connections with other women.
